Practical experience

Mr. Saeed Swailem is a Former Audit Manager registered with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in the Kingdom of Bahrain under registration no.: 202, until the end of 2022. He is also registered as an Accounting Expert in the Register of Accounting Experts at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Waqf before the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain. In addition, he is a Certified Commercial Arbitrator with the Commercial Arbitration Center of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

Mr. Saeed Swailem has a rich and cumulative experience of more than 20 years in the fields of accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial and administrative consulting, working in different countries such as the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Arab Republic of Egypt. Since obtaining his university degree in 2002, he has escalated in the fields of accounting and auditing as an accountant, then as an auditor under training, then as an auditor and accounting expert in the Kingdom of Bahrain in several accredited auditing firms until the end of 2021.

Mr. Saeed Swailem continued his progression in professional positions until he reached the title of Audit Manager in the External Audit Department. He also established and managed the Expertise and Forensic Accounting Department in one of the accredited firms in the Kingdom of Bahrain, where he was entrusted with the minor, major, labor, and criminal courts, civil courts, courts of appeal, the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Settlement, and arbitral tribunals for several lawsuits relevant to financial and accounting disputes in various sectors such as banks, factories, mills, plants, hospitals, restaurants, telecommunications companies, contracting companies, real estate, and commercial and service companies.

After a busy career and extensive experience, Mr. Saeed Swailem established – in 2022 – his own firm (Accounting Expert Saeed Swailem Firm for Specialized Accounting Services) as the first accounting firm of its kind specialized in forensic accounting in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The firm operates under a license from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce under commercial registration no.: 144469-2.
